The Cause Analysis of Freshmen's Mental Conflicts and Counter Measures

  • The formation of the freshmen's mental conflicts is influenced by the various different factors such as the self psychology, family and school education, social culture and time background. The college authorities should find multi-channels to do the following: to build a healthy and positive culture, to step up efforts to fit high school and family education in higher education, to carry out orientation program among freshmen students in an consistent and orderly manner, and establish a network of help and support to help freshmen adapt to campus life so as to prevent or ease their psychological problems.
