Research Review of Mental Health Status of Retired Cadres

The sorting of relevant research finds that the research of the mental health status for the retired cadres is on a steady increase. In combination of the actual researches conducted in different regions, the discussion of the influencing factors and other related variables are increasingly comprehensive and the research achievements are rewarding. However, empirical studies are too scarce and the research results are not even and there is no norm to refer to and a universal assessment tool is needed and the research of intervenient strategy remains to be unfounded.
