The Application of Attempt Teaching Strategy in Sports Theory Courses for the Physical Education Majors of Higher Institutes of Sports

  • The attempt teaching method has gained wide acceptance in the academic circle. Based on the interpretation and exploration of this method and the characteristics of the sports theory courses, amendments are made of the method in aspects of its classroom teaching steps and modes so that this method could be adopted in the teaching of sports theory courses for the physical education majors and a four-step attempt teaching strategy is designed and four modified attempt teaching methods are presented: the question attempt teaching method, the discussion attempt teaching method, the lecture attempt teaching method and the debate attempt teaching method.
