Abstract
Since the opening and reform, the amount of children of peasant workers migrated with their parents has increased greatly. The fairness issue of their compulsory education has become the focus of society. They are facing problems as limited channels of schooling, unequal education process and the low education quality. Only when we start from the three aspects of reforming the household registration system, symmetrical allocation of education resources and interaction between families and schools can we solve their educational problems and promote the realization of educational fairness and construction of our harmonious society.
