On Sinicized Marxism and the Ideological Identity of Contemporary University Students

At present, the university students' concepts, values and belies are characterized by diversification and alienation. This requires us to strengthen the infusion into them of the latest fruit of sinicized Marxism to ensure the healthy growth of their thoughts and beliefs. We can condense their force with the common socialist ideal with Chinese characteristics, inspire their fighting will with the patriotism- centered nationalism and with the time spirit which is around the reform and opening, guide their life beliefs and fashions with the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. Only in this way can we integrate various information resources they have during the period of deepened reform, opening and cultural transformation in order that they can distinguish the boundaries between Marxism and Anti-Marxism in their deep mind, and hence walk out of various dilemmas as confused thoughts and lost beliefs, and consolidate their recognition of sinicized Marxism.
