On Influences of Legislative Language on Subject Behaviors —— A Case Study of Amendment of Tax Evasion Crime

Laws formed and developed gradually with the appearance of country. They need the corresponding language for expression. The legal language, especially the legislative one, is the carrier of the legal spirit and content. It is the reflection of the legal quality and will. And it exerts great influence on legal participators' behaviors. The different legal languages, especially the legislative ones, have different influences on determining the legal subjects' behaviors, offering their behavioral patterns and adjusting the consequences brought by their behaviors. Therefore, we should devise our laws, and choose the proper legislative language to enrich and develop our legal content according to the current social economic situation in an attempt to make our laws better serve the construction of the socialist market economy. Such influence will lead to the fact that the future devise of the legal language will be made under the reasonable suggestion.
