Exploring the Methods of Land Grading between Prefectures of Sichuan Province

Urban land differential benefits exist not only within a city,but also in between different cities. Based on the study of the domestic urban land grading and analysis of the natural, economic and social situation in Sichuan Province, main factors leading to regional differences found in urban land incomes of 18 cities are analyzed. By adopting the method of multiple factors comprehensive evaluation, adjusting and calculating the weight of evaluation index system, the evaluation index system of urban land in Sichuan Province is set up. According to the index system proposed in this paper, the 18 regional units of Sichuan Province could be divided into five grades.
