Optimality Analysis of the Enterprises Incentive Mechanism under Different Risks
Abstract
Enterprise incentive mechanism is the driving force in the sustainable development process of an enterprise, which is an effective system based on the behavior mechanism and the behavior pattern of the incentive objects so as to achieve the various goals of the enterprise. In combination with the demands of the excitation effects at different levels of the enterprise incentive mechanism, the research methods used in economics incentive theory and management incentive theory are integrated with the system thinking and by means of optimization method, a qualitative and quantitative analysis are done to the relevant models that are constructed on the basis of the ordering relations and the quantitative relations found in the enterprise incentive mechanism under different risks.
