An Analysis of Dynamic Stability and the Stability Maintenance Policies under This Perspective
Abstract
The difficulties of stability maintenance under the static perspective include the low acceptance, backward concepts, single subjects, and increase of cost. According to the social development, the static view of stability maintenance needs to be changed to the dynamic one, which involves the changes from the low acceptance to participation, from passive to active prevention, from increase to decrease of cost, and from single subjects to multidimensional interaction.
