On MU Ji-bo's Educational Thought and Its Practical Significance

  • MU Ji-bo was a famous Chinese educator and scholar. In his educational practice, he put forward some important views, such as Chinese itself not as the educational purpose, national existence as the educational core, nationalism as the national education, and unnecessary worry about educational methods but only about the good faith in education. In addition, he immersed himself in practice and the innovation of educational methods. His educational thoughts and practice are of great significance for reference to understand the present educational issues and to solve them.
