    • The innovation of teaching mode is the foundation for the development of modern education, and also an important measure taken in the teaching reform in Colleges and universities. By giving an analysis of curricular characteristics of the PE Teaching Methodology, the college PE teaching and learning situation, and by means of theory, practice and research, the teaching design principle is subjected to exploration, so as to construct a 3-in-1 teaching mode involving learning, practice and research, which gives priority to emphasize the subjective role of the learner, plus the introduction of autonomous learning, which helps form a new cooperative inquiry teaching approach, based on which teaching and practice like the oral presentation of a lecture are conducted to help promote the teaching connotation to extend to the scope out of the classroom and help fulfill the teaching goals.
