A Preliminary Geonomics Teaching Reform Based on Case-teaching
Graphical Abstract
Abstract
A review is made of the existing problems faced with the current geonomics teaching and the new demands arising from the new situation. A probe is made into the feasibility for carrying out the case teaching reform in this regard, on basis of which it is believed that the cases chosen to be used in the teaching of geonomics should be of appropriateness, typicality and conform to times. It's best to adopt in the teaching local cases which happened in the place where the university is located. The cases can be used in the forms of insertion, discussion or task-driving teaching. Some geonomics teaching cases are chosen from the local places in Harbin. Lastly, a list of problems in need of attention is given: scientific orientation for the geonomics teaching cases; effective use of the modern technologies like video technology; doing an elaborate job in teaching design.
