On Current Situation of Young Teachers' Professional Conduct in Universities and the Coping Strategies

  • The young teachers in universities are an important part of the teaching staff. Their professional conduct as well as their abilities bears on the quality of talent training. However, the current situation of their professional conduct is not so optimistic and needs to be coped with practical measures as perfection of professional conduct standards, establishment of scientific evaluation system, enhancement of education and standardization of management, strict demand and willingness to be the models of students, self-constraints with good consciousness of professional conduct.
