Research Advances in Domestic Real Estates for the Old

Owing to the increasingly aging population and the commercial estate drastically influenced by state policies, the practices and theoretical research of pension real estate are drawing wide attention from the real estate industry and academic circles. Through statistical analysis of some research literatures related to pension estate in recent years, the latest developments and changes of pension real estate are given a brief analysis, and a comprehensive review of content and method of pension real estate is conducted in domestic China, and the theories and practices worth researching and giving more attention in the future are also put forward.
