Abstract:The ethos of educators embodies a profound and comprehensive spiritual principle that reflects noble qualities and professional competences. This ethos encompasses various aspects, including ideals and beliefs, moral character, educational wisdom, diligent engagement, compassion, and a pursuit of enlightenment. The qualities and competencies exhibited by teachers in their educational endeavors not only shape their spiritual demeanor but also play a crucial role in the advancement of education and societal progress. The value of educators’ ethos lies in its ability to drive educational reform and development, enhance the quality and effectiveness of education. Accordingly, social trends and values are guided. As a result, the overall development of individuals is promoted. To cultivate the ethos of educators, some types of practice can be integrated for teachers.
